Located in the Midtown Medical Building & Surgery Center. Free parking is provided at the building, with ample parking on all sides of the building.
Once parked, please enter the lower elevator lobby area located on the north side of the building. Take the elevator to the second floor. Our Suite is a few steps from the elevator.

Located in the Bridgeview Building. Free parking is provided at the building. Please DO NOT park in the covered spaces directly under the building, as those are reserved. There is ample parking on all sides of the building.
Once parked, please enter the lower elevator lobby area located on the south side of the building. There are two elevators to take to the third floor. A building receptionist will be on the third floor by the elevators, and will show where to wait until you are called into the office for your appointment. Thank you and looking forward to seeing you.
